By downloading, installing, or using the Linecast mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Linecast is a mobile application that provides I Ching hexagram readings and interpretations. The App is designed as a tool for personal reflection and introspection.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Linecast and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Linecast and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

The content provided by the App is for informational and reflective purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals with any questions you may have regarding personal, medical, legal, or financial matters.

All readings, questions, and data you create within the App are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this content and are not responsible for its backup or recovery.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App for any reason without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
