Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your information depends on your device's security measures. We recommend:

• Using a secure device passcode or biometric authentication
• Keeping your device's operating system up to date
• Being cautious about device access by others

You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual readings within the app
• Uninstalling the app, which removes all locally stored data
